At SpecsBazaar, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
- Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
- Prescription & Customized Products
Prescription glasses, powered lenses, customized lenses, and contact lenses are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos or videos for verification.
- Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be processed after inspection and approval by our team.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
- Incorrect prescription submitted by customer
- Minor color or design variations
- Used or physically damaged products
- Delay caused by courier companies
- Refusal to accept COD orders
- COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an advance payment may be required. Such advance payments may be non-refundable in case of fake orders, refusal at delivery, or repeated cancellation attempts.
